This is not just off-the-shelf management training. It is a tailored approach to developing internal leaders in a peer group, focused on organisation specific issues. The team will collaborate across functions and identify opportunities and challenges for improvement.
Or alternatively, issues or projects may be decided on by the board and delegated to this team.
Guided by a Kara facilitator, the individuals will improve their strategic and leadership skills and will be fast-tracked as future leaders. The organisation will benefit from better decisions, cross-functional collaboration and organised succession planning.
